Hasp is not Recognized by PC/Server

Description:
      When attempting to use a Hasp or NetHasp on a system, the HaspX.exe (or NetHaspX.exe respectively) will not detect the Hasp from the PC it is being hosted from and not open Mastercam.
      
Problem:
      The Hasp's drivers were likely not installed correctly by Windows. This has been growing in regularity with newer versions of windows.
  1. Within the Device Manager, the Sentianl Hasp will be labeled under Unknown/Other devices with an error cone over it. When entering the properties of the device it will likely read "Missing Drivers"

  2. The physical light within the Hasp will not be lit.
Solution:
  1. Go to Mastercam's Utilities Download Page
  2.  Download "Hasp Drivers"

  3. Install The Hasp Drivers

At this point, The (Net)Hasp Dongle should physically light up and recognized by your PC. The Hasp should now allow Mastercam to open.
